Made to Order Production Time:

The time it takes me to make a made-to-order piece takes about 1-2 weeks before shipping. Sometimes the process is faster depending on the season. If you are in a time crunch and need your order rushed please contact me and I can see what accommodations I can make.

Shipping:

USPS first class shipping is used for all shipments. Once in USPS possession It usually takes 3-5 days for your package to arrive.

I will ship internationally upon request

Returns:

I do not accept returns or cancellations. If your jewelry is defective within 30 days of receipt, contact me and I will happily replace or repair the jewelry free of cost. If you ordered the wrong item you may make an exchange for the correct item, you are responsible for price differences and shipping costs.
