The metals used in my creations include brass, 14k gold fill, 14k gold plated and sterling silver. The metal used in a design will be included in the item description.

No two stones can be exactly alike, that is the beauty in crystals. Your stones may contain different variations and movements than the ones pictured in a listing. I work hard to keep made to order items as close as possible to the ones pictured, but alas I cannot replicate a stone.

Clean your jewelry with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. One can be purchased at your local jewelers or craft/hobby store. Tarnishing will happen naturally to all metals- brass will tarnish faster than sterling silver. I recommend keeping your jewelry away from moist environments, hair products and body products to slow down the tarnishing process.

I do not accept returns or cancellations. If your jewelry is defective within 30 days of receipt, contact me and I will happily replace or repair the jewelry free of cost. If you ordered the wrong item you may make an exchange for the correct item, you are responsible for price differences and shipping costs.
